THIS THURSDAY: The Raymond John Wean Foundation’s Bike Tours and Community Night Market

WARREN, OHIO—JULY 13, 2026—The Raymond John Wean Foundation will host events on Thursday, July 16, to highlight neighborhood revitalization efforts in Warren and Youngstown, bring residents together and celebrate community.

Bike tours through Warren and Youngstown will enable roughly 50 participants to hear directly from community leaders and residents about the work underway to strengthen neighborhoods and improve quality of life. The tours will kick off simultaneously at 5:30 p.m. and conclude at 7:30 p.m. at Avon Oaks Ballroom in Girard, where riders and community members alike can enjoy a free public Night Market from 5 to 9 p.m. The Night Market will feature over 30 local vendors, handmade goods, produce, food, music and more.

  • Warren Bike Tour Kick-off Location: Warren City Schools Student Recreation and Wellness Center, 860 Elm Rd., Warren, at 5:30 p.m.
  • Youngstown Bike Tour Kick-off Location: GROW Urban Farm, 100 Broadway, Youngstown, at 5:30 p.m.
  • Night Market Location: Avon Oaks Ballroom, 1401 N. State St., Girard, from 5 to 9 p.m.
